Embracing Aging Well: Sharing Mindful Movement in the Community

Updated: Sep 17

We all aspire to age gracefully and live our best lives, and achieving this goal often hinges on simple yet powerful tools that nourish us emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

I am grateful to announce that I will be a vendor, on June 19th, at the Seniors' Health and Wellness Fair at York Recreation Centre.

As a certified Spring Forest Qigong Trainer and Practice Group Leader, I consider it a privilege to introduce participants to the profound healing potential of this ancient practice. Spring Forest Qigong offers a unique approach that is both accessible and deeply transformative, making it an ideal form of "Movement Medicine" for individuals of all ages.

If you're interested in learning more about the active aging programs being offered, please visit the York Recreation Centre website. The all day event takes place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and you can join me and Ara Wiseman, holistic nutritionist, who will be sharing healthy living tips.

Additionally, if you'd like to experience the healing benefits of qigong and meditation firsthand, I invite you to join me for an online session. No Experience Required. Just An Open Heart.

You can find more information and register at SteffiBlackCoaching.com.

Aging well and insightful learning at community events go hand in hand.
